1. Who we are
This website, goodcompanyit.com, is operated by Good Company I.T. Consulting LLC ("Good Company", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company. Our team works from the United States and Colombia. Address: 1055 S. Federal Hwy, Hollywood, Florida 33020, United States.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, you give us your full name, company name, email address, phone number, industry, the services you are interested in, your message, and whether you want to receive updates from us. When you complete the assessment on our own quiz application (quiz.goodcompanyit.com) or request another resource from us, we receive the answers you submit and any contact details you provide. Emails or calls with us also contain the information you share.
Business contact information from other sources. We may also collect business contact details (name, work email, company, job title) from public sources and professional directories in order to introduce our services to companies that may be interested. You can ask us to stop at any time (see sections 9 and 12).
Information collected automatically. Technical and usage data such as pages visited, referring page, approximate location (country/city level), browser and device type, and interaction events. Cookie-based analytics data is collected only after you accept analytics cookies (section 4). Our hosting provider also measures page views in aggregate without cookies and may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and operation.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send passwords or sensitive data through our forms.
3. How we use information
- To answer your enquiries and provide quotes or services you request.
- To contact potential customers about our services, and to send updates or newsletters if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, with your consent for cookie-based tools).
- To keep the site secure and to comply with legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (analytics cookies, newsletter), steps taken at your request before a contract (enquiries), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the business and contacting business leads.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We ask for your choice with a cookie banner. Analytics cookies are off by default and are only set if you click "Agree". Until then we do not load Google Analytics.

Your choices. You can decline cookies in the banner, change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal of analytics cookies. Declining does not limit your use of the site.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information for money. If you consent to advertising cookies, Google may receive information about your visit for advertising measurement and remarketing. You can refuse advertising cookies through the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link at any time. Service providers process data on our behalf:
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads, only after you accept cookies).
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless page-view analytics.
- Google Workspace / Google Sheets — we keep our contact list (CRM) there.
- Brevo and Lemlist — sending marketing and outreach emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. International transfers
Our service providers, including Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets, where we keep our contact list), may process information in the United States and other locations under their terms and contractual safeguards, such as Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Authorized members of our team may access it from the United States and Colombia.
7. Retention
We keep contact information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Analytics event data is kept for 2 months and user-level analytics data for 14 months.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Write to goco@goodcompanyit.com to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe from marketing. We will respond within 15 business days.
- Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations): you may know, update and rectify your data; request proof of the authorization you gave; be informed of how your data is used; revoke the authorization and request deletion where the law allows; access your data free of charge; and file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). 10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no common standard for browsers' "Do Not Track" setting, so we do not respond to it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described in section 4.
11. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Marketing emails
If you opt in, you may receive updates from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, or you can write to goco@goodcompanyit.com.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
